We can offer Legal Aid to individuals who meet both a means and merits test set by the Legal Services Commission. More information can be found on their website by clicking here. Even if your case does not attract Legal Aid, we offer very competitive private rates usually based on Fixed Fee Arrangements and payable in instalments as your case progresses. You will be given more information about costs when you come for your initial consultation and will be kept up to date as the matter progresses
